Tehran Children Hospital history:

In 1967 Tehran Children Hospital has been established by a group of physicians amongst some students of Dr.Mohammad Qarib. This hospital includes 50 approved beds.  Tehran children hospital is introduced as an unique Single-specialty private hospital in the city of Tehran.

Tehran Children Hospital, by taking advantage of the knowledge and skills of physicians, nurses and experienced staff, is known as one of the reputed medical centres which provides healthcare.

Tehran children Sub-specialty hospital is located in the area of 618 square meters and built 1200 square meters in 7 floors at Taleqani st, after Vali Asr intersection. This area of Tehran has commercial, residential and administrative situation with high density of people who are traveling in this area.

Therefore, in order to planned area of the hospital and also increasing medical desires, especially in children as a vulnerablegroups in the society, Hospital administrators, physicians and staffs with providing high quality of medical services, are always trying to take an important step to improve patients satisfaction.

Tehran children hospital contains Emergency Department, Internal medicine ward 1 and 2, Surgery, Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and preclinical units include Laboratory, Pathology, Radiology and Ultrasound.

It also informed that Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) will be opened in the near future.
